Nova was created by piercing and hand sawing the butterfly design in 24 gauge copper sheet. Sterling silver antennae were soldered to the back. The color on Nova was achieved through Flame Painting. A torch is taken to the copper and different colors comes from different lengths of time of torching. Nova is 2" x 2.7" and comes on a 22 inch faux leather cord.
