Over the years, I've set many types of Jasper, but this is the first Rainforest Jasper that I've had the pleasure of creating a pendant from! Teardrop-shaped, 40 mm x 20 mm gemstone, bezel set in sterling silver with a copper back plate and bail. Comes on an 18-inch sterling silver chain.

Rainforest Jasper is a kind of Rhyolitic lava that can be found in volcanic areas. It has a brown-green background with more similarities with Granite than Jasper or Chalcedony. It's a combination of different colors that are predominantly brown, orange-tan, caramel, yellow, and green.
